By purchasing a product or subscription through Enrich Drum Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Memberships

We offer two subscription plans:

- Enrich Premium - Includes 4 private 30-minute drum lessons per month and full access to all drum courses, a 7-day free trial included; your card will be charged $279.99/month after the trial ends. The trial includes 1 free 30-minute lesson.

- Enrich Pro - Includes 2 private 30-minute drum lessons per month and full access to all drum courses, a 7-day free trial included; your card will be charged $149.99/month after the trial ends. The trial includes 1 free 30-minute lesson.

After the trial period, your subscription will auto-renew monthly unless canceled.

2. Lesson Scheduling

During your trial, you are entitled to one 30-minute private lesson.

After your trial, lesson scheduling is flexible; however, we recommend:

- Weekly lessons for Premium members

- Bi-weekly lessons for Pro members

Unused lessons do not roll over to future months.

3. Lesson Cancellation Policy

Lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

If a scheduled lesson is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, that credit is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

Late or missed lessons will count toward your monthly allowance of lessons.

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including:

- Enrich Pro or Premium subscriptions

- Digital products (eBooks, courses, etc.)

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

5. Digital Products (eBook + Courses)

All digital product sales are final.

Upon purchase, you will be granted login credentials to access the material.

Sharing login information or redistributing content is strictly prohibited.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

Visit your account dashboard or contact us directly at [email protected].

Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund current or past charges.

Access to lessons and content ends at the end of your billing period.

7. Community Use Guidelines

Enrich Drum Club fosters a supportive, inclusive learning environment. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
